Registration

Participant registration goes in two steps. Please complete both steps:

Late registration stays open until August 31, 2022

  1. Pay the conference fee at Ticketino.com following the link: 
     
    • Late registration deadline for purchasing a ticket is August 31, 2022;
    • When purchasing the ticket, please note that the Conference Dinner is scheduled for Wednesday, September 7, 2022, and that the number of tickets with dinner is limited due to maximal capacity of largest restaurant in the area;
    • Please note that the conference fee does not include accommodation. See our advice on accommodation and traveling;
    • Important information for invited speakers: Please use your promotional code at Ticketino.com;
    • Important information for all: Everybody has to complete both steps of registration.
  2. Once you have purchased a ticket to the event, please register to the conference, submit an abstract, etc. Follow the link to the registration form here: 
     
    • The deadline for Abstract Submission is extended to August 31, 2022.
    • In case you need to update your abstract, please re-fill the form with updated data and submit it again before the registration closes.
    • Book your flight and accommodation as soon as possible. Do not wait for an acceptance letter for your poster presentation. Consider it to be accepted per default. After passing a moderation stage, your abstract will be available online.

Registration fee

The early registration fee of 835 CHF includes venue rental, lunch (2-course standing lunch), coffee breaks, poster panels rental, etc. The conference fee does not include accommodation and dinners.

The late registration fee of 935 CHF includes venue rental, lunch (2-course standing lunch), coffee breaks, poster panels rental, etc. The conference fee does not include accommodation and dinners.

NOTE:  All the tickets with conference dinner were sold out during the early registration period and hence this option is not available for the late registration on Ticketino.com.

Cancellations

In the case of a participant cancelling his/her attendance to Spin Qubit 5, the registration fee is refunded and a cancellation fee of 80.--CHF is retained for all cancellations made after August 1, 2022.
