MAUD VINET

Last years have witnessed academics confirmations that silicon based spin qubits are serious contenders for large scale quantum computing. Scientific firsts though encouraging still demand in depth technological understanding and control to be repeated at large scale. In this talk, I will share, how, by leveraging FDSOI technology, we are building a solid baseline to fabricate a large number of qubits. The talk will span integration, characterization methodology and noise measurements.
